As such, XS takes intellectual property (IP) rights with the utmost seriousness. We abide by applicable IP laws and industry-leading standards to safeguard the integrity of creators, brands, and our community.

🏪 Marketplace Structure & Seller Accountability

Xsneaker connects vetted third-party sellers and collectors with worldwide buyers. While Xsneaker conducts physical 24-point vault verification on all traded sneakers prior to final buyer delivery, sellers remain legally responsible for ensuring they possess legitimate ownership, authorization, and rights to list and transact goods on the platform.

Any listing found to infringe on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or design patents will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

⚡ Notice & Takedown Procedure

Upon receiving a bona fide notification of alleged IP infringement, Xsneaker acts promptly to investigate and remove or disable access to the disputed material. In accordance with applicable laws:

• Xsneaker will notify the affected seller and provide details concerning the infringement allegation.
• Xsneaker reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation or proof of ownership before taking final action.
• Notices submitted in bad faith or lacking verifiable evidence may be rejected.

🚫 Repeat Infringer Enforcement

Xsneaker maintains a zero-tolerance repeat infringer policy. Accounts, seller profiles, and storefront access associated with repeated, willful violations of intellectual property rights will be permanently terminated from the marketplace. Xsneaker reserves the right to cancel active consignments and restrict access to its services at any time.

📝 Claim Withdrawals

If you are an intellectual property owner or an authorized representative who submitted an infringement notice and wish to withdraw your claim, please submit a formal written withdrawal to legal@xsneaker.net clearly specifying the original complaint details, listing URLs, and affected party identification.
