2. 100% Authenticity Guarantee & Verification Standard

Xsneaker warrants that every pair sold through our platform is 100% verified authentic and deadstock (brand new, unworn, original packaging). Every item must pass our mandatory 24-point physical inspection protocol conducted by certified authenticators using optical spectroscopy, UV blacklight diagnostics, and stitch durometer calibration prior to release.

If any product is determined to be non-authentic during warehouse intake, the transaction is cancelled immediately, and the buyer receives a 100% instant refund.

3. Pricing, Bidding & Payment Settlement

All prices and transactions on Xsneaker are denominated and settled in United States Dollars (USD). When a buyer executes an “Instant Buy” or has a “Place Bid” accepted by a seller, the order constitutes a binding contractual purchase agreement.
