Xsneaker orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. For those last minute purchases, Express delivery is available to most destinations and Same Day delivery is offered in selected cities.
Depending on your location, we also offer a Flat Shipping Fee for orders above the following thresholds: 150 GBP, 250 USD, 200 EUR, 300 AUD, 300 CAD, 18000 RUB, 28000 JPY, 1500 CNY, 280000 KRW, 350 SGD, 150 CHF, 2500 MXN, 2000 HKD and 580 BRL.
This means you can purchase multiple pieces from multiple locations for one shipping fee. The amount of the Flat Shipping Fee is based on the lowest price shipping option available for the item in your order, which travels the farthest to reach you.
All relevant delivery options available for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout.
ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-12 business days from the date of placing the order.
Please note that orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed on the following business day.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES:
Delivery estimates are usually 1-2 weeks. However, please keep in mind that shipping times are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
SHIPPING LOGISTICS PROVIDERS:
In the UK, domestic shipments are handled by Royal Mail.
For deliveries to the European Union, DHL and FedEx are commonly used couriers.
In the United States, USPS and FedEx are typically used for shipments.

Before finalizing your order, kindly review and ensure that you have provided the correct mailing address. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to address errors. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order amount (excluding the shipping fee) and request that you resubmit your order.
SHIPPING INFO:

Please be aware that we are not accountable for any transit time delays. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary, particularly during peak seasons.
Shipping time does not include the day you place your order or the processing time. Weekends are not considered transit days for any of the shipping methods listed below.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), or other fees imposed once the shipment reaches your destination country. As the customer, these charges are your responsibility, and we are not liable for them.
Once we send items to the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have concerns about this, we recommend purchasing insurance for your order.
